The 3Nexus Annual Achievement Award:

The 3Nexus Annual Achievement Award is given to our employee(s) who show outstanding achievement and participation, and set an example among the entire 3Nexus community during the term of a year. The nominee(s) for the Award receive the 3Nexus Annual Achievement Award medallion. In addition, the nominee(s) also receive a generous award bonus which may go up to the salary of a whole month for the best employees

Company Resort Vacation:

Every year 3Nexus sponsors luxurious vacation at famous beach resorts for its offshore team members and their direct family members. In addition, extra cash is also awarded to exceptional team members for their vacation enjoyment.

Company Tet Holiday:

3Nexus provides a a-week holiday for Tet (Chinese New Year) celebrations to its entire offshore team. Key team members are paid double during the Tet holiday to support the US team.
